Yes. He’s weird, he can’t catch and shoot, he has to take a dribble to get in rhythm for some odd reason. Patrick looked pretty impressive last night though. He went 1-7 on wide open threes?

A walk on, is a player that is on the roster. They either tried out for the team or they were preferred. When you are a walk on, you have to go through the entire NCAA process that regular players have to go through to make sure that you're eligible. Through this process, the NCAA, Big 12, and your institution will investigate your athletic history and make sure you have not competed for money or broken any other NCAA rules. You also have to be medically cleared too.I am actually curious what the difference is between a student manager and a walk on? Are they interchangeable terms, and that's just what they call walk ons in Texas? In my mind they are different, and a student manager shouldn't be eligible to suit up and play. But maybe I have my definitions off.
I think he was trying to get confidence/rhythm against an inferior team. I don't think he does this again down the stretch.
Bump for @GoIaHawkS
Exactly when he hits a couple and at least make them respect him it raises the offense another level. Can't leave anybody but you can't leave Garza's man alone.I think so too. Nebraska was smart and really sagged off of him on defense. Once Iowa was up big, he shot more I think to try and get some confidence for the home stretch. It didn't work obviously.
It's crazy to me a coaches kid can't shoot. That like never happens. I bet you and I could shoot 30% from 3 if we were wide openExactly when he hits a couple and at least make them respect him it raises the offense another level. Can't leave anybody but you can't leave Garza's man alone.

He only had 19. Not good enough for a coaches kid.How about PMac last night?
Didn't watch but it looks like he scored a lot vs Nebraska. Must have made some adjustments on his go to move that I've seen this year in the limited time I've watched you guysHow about PMac last night?
I mean he sucks but yes it appears he played well last night vs NebraskaHe only had 19. Not good enough for a coaches kid.
I bet you were the Luka Garza of CherokeeI wouldn’t. I was a paint beast in Highschool.
I feel like almost every team Iowa has played this year has done this. And Connor has made them pay for it at a 30% clip on wide open 3'sI think so too.
