College Basketball Thoughts: March 4, 2021

Seriously though.

It’s an amount you place on each bet. Can be a set dollar amount or a percentage of your bankroll.

So let’s say I have a balance of $500, and I decide a unit is 1% of my balance. One unit means I bet $5, two units means I bet $10, etc

what is a unit?
A typical betting amount generally based on how much you have deposited in the app and your willingness to bet.

I don't bet big money so my betting unit is $5. If I have more confidence in a certain game I may bet 2 units ($10)

I.E. it's sounds a lot better to say you are betting a "unit" that it is to say I'm betting five dollars.

When the unit is small placement is that much more important.

The point is to level things out when taking bets. If a person says they're laying $10 on a game, but their bankroll is $10,000, it is t a big deal. If they have a $50 bankroll, a $10 bet may mean a lot. So if you say a unit is the smallest bet you'd place then the $10,000 and $50 bankrolls can discuss their confidence more easily.

I had a horrible read on Bradley. I think this is the second time I lost on them. I should stay away from the MVC

I’m all over MSU. Normally I’d say UM bounces back but the rivalry makes me feel 12 is too high.

I took Oklahoma -2 and Bradley +2. Can anyone tell me why Bradley isn’t favored in that game? Didn’t they smoke them a few weeks ago and are playing at home tonight?
what am I missing?
I trusted you!
