That’s not the point. Iowa’s last 3 recruiting classes has left them without a good future.FWIW 247 has ISU with better recruiting classes than Iowa the last 5 years....how’s that been working out for you guys?
One of the opponents was much better. They were good. And we'll never know. Both beat two common opponents.
I’d bet he go somewhere else considering his goal is the NBA.All I’m saying, Foster would be welcome to wear Black and Yellow in Iowa City if he leaves Ames. And if he does leave Ames, I think Foster would be in Iowa City.
I think we’ll be fine but we’ll see. That’s not the point. Iowa’s last 3 recruiting classes has left them without a good future.
I personally didn't anticipate THT to be one and done, Halli to be 1.5 and done, I expected Wigs to leave early (he was injured a fair amount as well), I expected more out of Conditt and Griffin, who knows about Anderson and Leech (appear to be duds), Grill transferred IMO because of how his injury was handled, Cam smoked too much with a bad attitude, Solomon basically missed a year to injuries. Foster has barely played. Hinson didn't get his waiver.FWIW 247 has ISU with better recruiting classes than Iowa the last 5 years....how’s that been working out for you guys?
What would you say Iowa’s trajectory is after they lose 3 key pieces and like 85% of their production?Where did I say Iowa would be great? I said Iowa's trajectory is better than ISU, but that isn't exactly a high bar I'm setting there.
Nickel doesn't even have a crystal ball up Iowa which every player that Iowa offers getsNickel will replace Weiskamp
there you go being a voice of reason again. This is no place for that! lolI know people hate this because this site was made for dumb arguments, but Iowa State football and Iowa basketball are similar in that they have some awesome pieces on their roster and next year will look completely different with a lot of those important pieces being gone.
Will either team suck? Well that's objective because outside of Fran's first years trying to build up the program and the '17-'18 season, his teams haven't sucked. Outside of Campbell's first year, his teams haven't sucked.
So it's doubtful either team will be truly bad. I don't think Iowa is going to all of a sudden have a 2-20 season like Iowa State is having and I doubt Iowa State football is going to fall off the face of the earth. Most likely, Iowa will be a bubble team and Iowa State will be a 7 win type team. WHICH IS FINE.
I have to post like that from time to time. Feels like it helps people take a breath for a second before going back into the ring.there you go being a voice of reason again. This is no place for that! lol
I do too. Just depends on who I'm directing it towards sometimes. Some just take this crap too seriously.I have to post like that from time to time. Feels like it helps people take a breath for a second before going back into the ring.
He is an Iowa lean. His dad really likes the Hawks, and so does Nickel.Nickel doesn't even have a crystal ball up Iowa which every player that Iowa offers gets
Kind of tough to say that, considering they are on a stacked veteran roster and haven’t had the chance to prove themselves. Dunbar and Blackwell got that opportunity and they both suck. That’s not the point. Iowa’s last 3 recruiting classes has left them without a good future.
Mr. Personality as of this writing has a B1G .500 record (including this season) in 10 years. 3 NCAA appearances in 10 years. His press conferences are spectacular, especially after a loss. Barta is a genius.
Blackwell and Dubar still have much more potential than most of the guys.Kind of tough to say that, considering they are on a stacked veteran roster and haven’t had the chance to prove themselves. Dunbar and Blackwell got that opportunity and they both suck.
What have they done to show you that. They have been utterly awful this year. Keegan doesn’t play nearly as much as them, and he’s shown much more promise.Blackwell and Dubar still have much more potential than most of the guys.
Their high school ranking and film. Way more impressive than them. What have they done to show you that. They have been utterly awful this year. Keegan doesn’t play nearly as much as them, and he’s shown much more promise.
I’d be really surprised if either of these guys are on the roster next year. Both will probably (should) transfer. Blackwell looked lost whenever he played and Dubar literally did nothing whenever he was on the floor.Blackwell and Dubar still have much more potential than most of the guys.
They need proper coaching.I’d be really surprised if either of these guys are on the roster next year. Both will probably (should) transfer. Blackwell looked lost whenever he played and Dubar literally did nothing whenever he was on the floor.
