The Fran fade

Tuned in to the hok beat down just in time to see MadFran get T'd up. Was hoping he would explode and get tossed, or maybe run the officials down to locker room. MFers. Good times.

I didn’t watch, just looked at box score. What number did he hit on the Francon?

Iowa’s basketball team in currently 17-7, with three games remaining at (4) Ohio State, and at home against Hoiberg’s Huskers and Wisconsin. I see a loss in Columbus, a win against Nebby, and a toss up vs Wisconsin. Which means it’s extremely likely that Iowa’s “greatest team ever” is gonna finish the regular season with less than 20 wins.

Wisconsin is a perfect matchup for Iowa. They don't score enough to keep it close. Iowa will blow them out just like they did in Madison. I would love to be wrong!

To be fair, the 20 win thing in a Covid year should be irrelevant.

However, I agree in the sense that the greatest team ever got swept by Indiana and can't handle athleticism.

This isn’t Iowa’s greatest team ever. 86-87 gets that mantra.

He was Francon 5 or 6.

Does Fran usually sway back and forth?

Not sure but the constipated look on 5 is one of my favorites. Maybe the creators of Francon can create a scale of rudeness for his pressers. Like he may be an a-hole, but he’s not 100% a ****, to yep, he is 100% a ****.

Feel free to turn this on me if I get it wrong, but Iowa seems like a first round exit to me.

Why do you care so much about Iowa? And why do you put down every player who has a bad game? Honest questions, I genuinely want to know.
He (Dickinson) grabbed a rebound over Garza, (second half, about 2/3 way through) an it broke his will. You could see it plain as day. Poor guy hung his head an grudgingly headed back to play defense.
