there was more out cry with them starting 0-2, then the racism issue all summer.. that is all you really need to know about hick fans.

Pretty crazy. Nixon and Linderbomb by themselves make it a great class. Then Sargent, Ince, Tracy, Ragaini, Plumb, all would've been ranked higher. Fun stuff.
A lot of transfers too unfortunately. But yeah Iowa’s 2018 class turned out pretty dang good but ISU’s was better.

In his tape he shows he has the ability to get out of the pocket and run. I do agree however, that Iowa needs to go after mobile QB’s more often.

Offered this QB from Texas yesterday. Pro style but looks pretty mobile, think he’ll be a four star when it’s all said and done. Not too confident in Iowa’s chances, though. I’m guessing he’ll blow up here soon.
I would take Petras over Luke. Not that it’s saying much, but he’s at least better than Luke McCaffery.
Petras started off rough his first 4 games. Not having any spring practice, really hurt his development. After he got his feet wet, his last 4 games were just fine. If he continues to build on those last 4 games, he will be good. If he regresses back to his first 4 games, time to move on.
Luke McCaffery is a very good athlete but is a terrible QB.
