Iowa Football Recruiting

Finishes* Note I said it will be a lot closer, not that Iowa state would finish ahead. I understand you’re reading comprehension might be low.

Wow man, you are really going out on a limb here. ISU's class can't possibly be worse than #59 again next year (worst class CMC has had at ISU), and Iowa's will be worse than their best class in the last 15+ years. You are basically just saying things will revert back to where they have been at typically.

I will go out on a limb here myself. I'm banking that you and all the other ISU posters here will claim that if Iowa goes back to it's traditional #35-#45 ranking you will claim that is all because of last year, and not because that is traditional where they finish the rankings at.

What does this even mean?

I think Iowa State’s ranking will rise because of their success on the field, Campbell signing an extension for years to come, and their track record of developing talent. If he can develop these mid 3 star recruits into nfl caliber talent, than why not come hear as a high 3 star or 4 star player? We’re seeing this happen already in the 2022 class. I think Iowa definitely drops in rankings for 3 reasons, the same type of class most likely can’t be repeated, the future of Kirk Ferentz is in question, and the biggest one is AA discrimination. How can you not say their racist culture will affect recruiting? You are clueless and delusional to think otherwise.

I don’t know if some of these are “misses”. Half of these guys Iowa started recruiting late in the process, you’re acting like all of them were Iowa leans using “missed out on”
Only reason to start late in the process is you still have needs. Judging by your committment timeliness those needs obviously were never filled.

If the 2022 class lacks as much diversity as 2021 you're in serious trouble in the not so distant future.

Not really true. Brought in 19 guys, a few seniors came back. Like I said, I don’t see any diversity issues happening with this class. I think this is gonna be a pretty solid one.
