Iowa Football Recruiting

How can a program that routinely has top 30 recruiting classes not have a decent QB in the QB room somewhere? I mean ISU, a program that struggles to have Top 50 recruiting classes has them 3 deep.
LOL three deep? This was Iowa’s first top 30 recruiting class since 2011 btw.

Iowa fans overvalue Fat Stanley because he beat Iowa State. Plain and simple. He never sniffed a Big Ten West title but Iowa fans don't really care about that
Probably because he went 27-12 as a starter. He wasn’t a really good QB which is why Iowa couldn’t get over the hump against Wisconsin, but he was a good player.

You watched Rattler play his first 5 games? I was at the Iowa State vs Oklahoma game in Ames. Rattler was good that game
Maybe you don’t remember but Kevin Warren screwed the Big Ten out of a real season so yes, I did. But yeah he had a much better game than Purdy did, but you have to value wins over stats I think.

Didn't you just say he wasn't good his first 5 games?
