Only -3 outside which I am not sure is cold enough to justify "Man, it's cold. I should drink a bunch of wine tonight."

Is Mrs. Fran allowed to watch games live anymore? (She's been ejected from 2 games so far.)
Was in Ames Friday for a root canal. (Dr. Jonathan Crawford, he's awesome. Highly recommend.) Felt like I was home again.

TIL, the vehicle I bought for the kids school vehicle does not warm up much at all in negative temps. It be cold in here. Waiting on sons dentist appointment in vehicle, considering going inside instead.
Super Bowl thoughts
1. H.E.R. thought she did a nice job with America the Beautiful
2. Eric Church and that lady did not do that great of job with the national anthem.

4. The game disappointing didn't expect KC to get rolled like a tourist in New York City.

Yeah, it’s good. Just runs cool. I can’t tell you the actual temp because there seems to be a ground problem so the gauges are off some.
Have you tried the old cardboard in front of the radiator trick?

I hate Brady with a passion but even I can't find a way to justify not calling him the greatest ever. Seven Super Bowl wins is a record that won't be touched for a long, long, long time - if ever.
I think this thing is in the blower, it doesn’t seem to kick out very well. It’s also a 1997. I drive the old stuff (hate spending money on vehicles so I do very strong maintenance on them so they last). I may try that, but the other issue is that at that age, many vehicles only have heat vents in the front so the cold air in back takes a while to seep and mix.

So, this episode of the job search may drive me completely nuts.
Posting closed about a month ago. No flush letter, no contact, but "in progress" per the ISU jobs site.
Applied for an opening in the same thing last August, and was flushed as soon as they saw candidates. Turned out they selected someone with many years of experience, so whatever. It made sense to me.
I know this group seems to progress slowly. I didn't get knocked out in the first cut like last time, but I assume I'm not on their real short list, either, or I'd hear something from them.
