Remember after beating us last season Jbo sat out the rest of the season getting primed for the Big Ten title and a deep tourney run. This was going to be their year. Now, they could still get hot and make a deep tourney run...but the conference title is all but gone.

What's the worst team historically to feature the NPOY? Man, if Iowa can't do anything in a year they have the NPOY and an experienced supporting cast, that's just brutal.

From an outside viewer who mostly just cares due to betting, they are not even close to the same team without Frederick in there. You take a knock down shooter out and make it easier to double Garza. Whenever he comes back, they’ll be a tough out for anyone. They are just an average team without him.
