You got to read comprehensively. In that post I literally told you that I said his father being the head coach allows him to play more. YOU took that as ME saying that Connor ONLY plays because his father is the head coach. Those are two completely different sentences.
Tell me, is there one team in the top 25 you think Connor would start for?
He does some nice things but if his last name wasn't the same as the HC he would not see the minutes he does.
Pg? I don't think you're watching close enough. He hasn't ran the point consistently for almost 2 years nowHow is talking about how bad your starting PG is not adding to the conversation? I'm sorry you don't like to hear it
Then why are you arguing about it so much? You are now back tracking. You accused me of being f**** sensitive because I interpreted this quote as saying "his last name helps him get more minutes":
That is literally what you said.
To answer your question, he starts for a team that has been in the top 10 all season long. I do not know enough about the rosters of the other 24 ranked teams to say one way or the other. I am going to guess you do not either.
You're not understanding that I know I literally said that. I'm saying that you're acting like I said he shouldn't be playing at all. Lol and yes, I've watched every single team that's in the top 25 play multiple times this year. Garza, JF, JW would start for a lot of those teams. Garza for all but a couple. Jordan and Connor wouldn't start for any.You are now back tracking. You accused me of being f**** sensitive because I interpreted this quote as saying "his last name helps him get more minutes":

Well he sucks no matter what position he's atPg? I don't think you're watching close enough. He hasn't ran the point consistently for almost 2 years now

Heard Fran showed up to work with a black eye this morning. A spectator noticed Connor sat quite a bit.
Again, do you ever try and add to the discussion?
Idk why I said a couple. Didn't really think it through. He's better than any center in the nation, even if other teams have good post players. What teams would Garza not start for?
Your credibility is going in the crapper real quick here. Was that a serious comment?

Don't talk about credibility though. From what I heard you've had multiple usernames on here. Think about this as an adult okay? You have used different usernames in order to infiltrate an Iowa State message board site so you can post your opinions about Iowa. I mean, I don't want to sound too harsh here, but you are obsessed enough that you have made the conscious choice to create another username (or two) and fight with others who you know for a fact are going to have opposing views as you.
I might have dumb takes from time to time. I also might not convey my words over this message board correctly which leads others to read my words in a different context than intended. But, I know that I'm not on my rival's message board trying to "Hawksplain" everything.
You're so concerned about Connor. They don't need him to shoot well when the other 4 starters shoot over 40% from 3.Connor having 7 shots in 19 min might be the funniest thing I've seen in a while
Bolton is shooting 47.2% and averaging 15.4 ppg. What are you talking about? You're so concerned about Connor. They don't need him to shoot well when the other 4 starters shoot over 40% from 3.
You should probably focus on Rasir Bolton's shooting regression while at ISU. 36% as a freshman, to 34% as a soph to now 23% as a junior. That is a big yikes. He's supposed to be the team leader.
You want to talk about Connor's inability to shoot. Bolton 23% from 3pt range. Regressed every year. Who cares if he gets a few layups in garbage time to lift his overall average. He shot a lower % from 3 last year than Connor and it's probably going to end that way this year.Bolton is shooting 47.2% and averaging 15.4 ppg. What are you talking about?

I guess that's all that matters in basketball now. No rebounding, defense, 2pts, etc. You're so concerned about Connor. They don't need him to shoot well when the other 4 starters shoot over 40% from 3.
