I personally know African Americans in the program that never experienced any of the things the coaches are being accused of. They didn't "look the other way". I don't think they are lying when they say that and I know them well enough that I would support them whether they leave the program or remain with the program.
Tom's last 3 years were 62-31 and he coached another 4 years at Drake with NCAA appearance 2 of the 3 years so you will forgive us if we don't take coach retention direction from the fanbase that ran that off.

Anyhow, I was talking about the sales people which here would be the coaches. They know what kirk and Doyle are like and still pumped them up to recruits. If you want to say the players got hosed like the office support staff of the enron lineman who did lose their jobs, yeah I will give you that. But the coaches on the staff are ALL to blame. The video people and office people are many times retained by the next coaches, so if you are still donating because of them, they most likely will be employed anyhow; unless they are female, then Barta may can them.
