Maybe some doctor at their hospital will have enough time to watch a game and get him in for a checkup. Have seen him in person a few times at high school games a few years ago and at least he didn’t look like his head was a giant beet back then.
Tuned in to watch the CSU game and all of a sudden my TV screen is contaminated with black and calf-shi* yellow jerseys. I see there are 12 seconds left and ILL has the ball. Great- I'll watch TOE lose. But all of a sudden they have a chance. Surely the shot will go to the greatest college player of all time. But no, Lurch gives up the ball and TOE loses. Glad I tuned in for CSU until Jesse Settles shows up on the screen. Time for a 007 movie.

How many open shots did Ayo and Fraser hit? Seems like it was one pass and an open 3 the entire second half. Perkins played Ayo better than any of their other guards but he didn't get to play until late(pry doesn't play if CJ is healthy). Gotta be frustrating watching Frans kids and Jorbo get worked if your Perkins or Toussaint sitting on the bench. Even Joe is pretty bad on that end of the floor. Idk how these guards will be able to hold up for a tourney run, especially bc it's obvious that bohannon still isn't 100%.
4:22pm Friday was the last sign of a Hawk in this thread....I'm guessing we'll see them back at about 5:30 today when MSU already has the game in hand.

Looks like the Hawks are 100 in defensive efficiency....for comparison ISU is 115. Given how many teams there in cbb, that's almost even....brutal for a top 10 team.
I was going to look this up but I'm sure there are several who know the answer. Wasn't Patrick a 4 star as a recruit? I probably am remembering this wrong, but I have it in mind that both Patrick and Conner were 4 stars.
Patrick was, Connor was just under 4* but was pretty close. I remember from the time he was in jr high, Hawk fans were hyping Patrick. I think his health concerns put a limit on his ceiling

Today I have completely changed my mind on the Iowa media members. You are in a position where if you say anything negative about their coaches (even it is true) you get fired (Howe) or berated by the fans on Twitter so much you just quit (Morehouse). Chad I feel especially bad for, he is basically the work equivalent of a battered wife at this point. Fran has treated him especially like absolute garbage for years, but his livelihood depends on Fran and his team so he is forced to eat the **** sandwich Fran serves him then thank Fran and keep a smile on his face.
Chad also has Hawkeye plates on one of his vehicles so he can handle it

Exactly, it's obvious that Weiskamp will be the only guy ahead of him that doesn't take the extra covid year. He'll be playing behind the exact same players for the next 2 years.
I thought maybe Fran's arrogance was softening...but when he is faced with adversity he uses it as a defense mechanism.
I'm not sure what the clinical designation is for this condition...but my parents used to call it "spoiled brat and a bad loser syndrome".
