Donors are concerned about not being able to recruit African Americans. Signing one would help ease their concerns. What is so complicated about this?
First, donors are not concerned about Iowa's recruiting.
Second, no donor would have their concerns eased by landing a 2 star prospect less than a week from Signing Day.
