Iowa Football Recruiting

It's been a crazy few months for me. I had COVID, work got insanely busier, and when I'm not working, I've been trying to focus on other things not online. I'm snowed in today for work so I thought I'd log back on and see what you hooligans are talking about. You guys don't disappoint lol. Although I miss the conversations on here it was nice winning against Oregon and not immediately logging on here to see some Iowa fan say something snarky and 75 pages flow from that comment while people are bringing up SOS from 13 different websites.
Man did the PAC champs get throttled, LOL. ISU would have beat a lot of the best teams in the Country that day. Breece would have made Florida's defense cry.

What does Iowa's opponents have to do with Oregon being one of the worst ever NY6 teams. It's not like it's the Cyclones fault. Just like the Hawks schedule isn't their fault.

Because Legend had to mention over and over that ISU played a 4-3 team in the Fiesta Bowl. He can bring up the "quality" of opponent to discredit ISU, but I can't mention the "quality" of teams Iowa played all season?

Once again, how does the quality of team they played ISU's fault? Heck before this years Fiesta bowl, ISU fans tried to act like a top 10 ranked GT was a horrible and inexcusably bad NY6 bowl team.

Yes, you did dominate that 4-3 team, congrats. And by the way I have never diminished ISU season, as you guys had a great season. I'm just throwing a dose a reality at the fact that you played a pretty horrible team in the Fiesta Bowl (no fault of ISU).
The moment we got picked to play Oregon, I immediately told a friend of mine that we were going to route them. I'd already watched them a few times and thought that they were not that good. They have some talent but overall they were shaky.

Oregon most likely shouldn't have been in that game, but it's the team that we got matched up with and we dominated them. I wish we would've played A&M or UNC, because they would've been great matchups.

I wouldn't crap on Oregon too much though considering they were ranked higher than any team Iowa beat this year. ;)

We were a really good team this year. Outside of Alabama, Ohio State, and Clemson, we could've beaten anyone at our best.

You're pretty bad at this. Oregon would have been the second best team you guys even played this year. They were the 5th best team we played and that's not counting playing Oklahoma twice
What the hell is the point of your argument? Defending Oregon? A lot of the teams on our scheduled sucked this year, out of our control. Once we got rolling we beat them accordingly. You guys beat Oregon just like you should have.

It's weird to hear you guys say Oregon was horrible when they would have been the second best team on Iowa's schedule this year

A & M would've been a great opponent for you

I don't know why ISU fans get so bent out of shape they played a horrible team in a NY6 bowl? It wasn't ISU's fault, it was a pandemic year and every team had ****** things happen to them.

It sucked, nice consolation prize was watching the Iowa bowl game. I would have to say, it wasn't Iowa's worst performance in a bowl.

You said they were crappy actually
Oregon wasn't horrible. They were average. They lucked into their CCG game and then ended up pulling off an upset against an overrated USC team. Horrible teams don't receive 21 votes in the final AP poll.
