Iowa Football Recruiting

I'm not sure, we have struggled at RB for a decade now. We took low rated/not rated players late like Canzeri, Wadley, Bryd, Graham, CJ Hilliard, Bryan, Parker, Sargent (in the summer) just to name a few because we whiffed all year on RB recruits. If you think it is reserved for only this year, you haven't been following Iowa recruiting the past 10 years.
I mean other ones you have recruited have had decent offers, it just seems like especially this year Iowa is really struggling. Very odd with a blue blood o-line class.

Who have I said Iowa State stopped recruiting that Iowa got? If I said it then it was true. It is well known that guys like Waggoner and Williams were left with only Iowa offers

You claimed ISU stopped recruiting Pittman when he picked Iowa, even though ISU took 3 DL commits after Pittman committed. You claimed Iowa wanted Daine Hanson "badly" even though they stopped recruiting him months before that (because you thought he was ISU bound). You keep pretending Brock had an Iowa offer when he commited to ISU even though you know he didn't.

I'm not sure why you make this stuff up, but it just makes me not believe anything you say when you for example start spouting off about Bruce. Who knows what is true with you, but so much is fabricated, there is no trusting what you say really.

As I said, our RB recruiting has really struggled for 10 years now. We found a couple good backs out of the late offers, but either way we rarely get a Goodson, or Williams early like we did the last couple years.

If you had any kind of inside sources or even just recruiting knowledge you’d know Iowa had an offer for Brock. Also if they have been struggling at recruiting rbs for 10 years like you said, why would they not want a top 4 star rb to commit? You think they seriously would want a rb like Kendrell Williams and then 2 years earlier not want Brock a top 215 player. Are you trolling or are you just stupid?

Was he the one that wanted to play DE but we wanted him as a nose guard?

He was the one who was listed as DE on recruiting sites, but I told you he was a DT, Iowa recruited him as a DT and he was always going to be a DT.

You're testing my memory on this one. Didn't Iowa State stop recruiting him when they got Brown?

That is what you claimed. As I said, evertime Iowa gets a recruit over ISU they mysteriously didn't want them any longer according to you.

It was common knowledge that Goodson committed and Iowa told Brock they didn't have a spot. It was a very hot topic on the Rival's pay board, as Purdue had pulled their offer a few weeks earlier as well.

It wasn’t him. @cyclone4L said ISU pulled off
You gotta extend offers to guys who are good enough to play for you. I was never thrilled with Pittman like I am with Brown, and obviously the ISU coaches feel the same way.

Not true. Why would they deny a top 4 star rb after not being able to recruit the position well for for 10 years? To only then take 2 sub-par rbs in 2020. Your sources are garbage.

Not true at all. Iowa got a lot of kids Iowa State would have taken this year:

Brecht
Colby
Llewellyn
Bowie
Liddle

I'm the one who went back and forth with him on it. They were all claiming it, include @CyTwins. He also claimed Pittman wasn't a take at NW or Iowa (what he heard). He was also claiming Iowa wanted Daine Hanson "really badly" even though Iowa stopped recruiting him months before. Stay in your lane on this one,

He wasn't a take at NW I don't believe but then again I heard he wasn't a take at Iowa either and they did end up taking him apparently

Hey I remembered right! Yeah I heard Iowa State and Northwestern backed off him
