Iowa Football Recruiting

We have been over this several times, we already know that. We also know he is a bigger Cyclone fan.
Trying to distill the input from hok fans on their recruiting efforts. Let me make sure that I have this correct:
Iowa can get anyone they want as long as:
1) They aren't being recruited by a higher ranked team (G5 or otherwise)
2) They aren't a fan of another team
3) They don't root for another team
It does not help Iowa's cause if they:
1) Are an Iowa fan
2) Root for Iowa
3) Have a relative play for Iowa
Seems like a productive setup.

When I was 5 years old the only thing I ever wanted to be when I grew up was a jr. cyclone club member

All I am doing is repeating with the kid said as well. Obviously being a Jr. Cyclone member > being a Big Hawk fan.
No, it will probably be Hilson and give him a shot at RB to start.
Tough flipping kids from top 15 programs. That kid gets to stay at home, and play for his top 15 hometown program.
I can't wait for HOK to tell us that Hilson is the guy they liked the best and wanted all along.
Not saying you'll say it, but many people will.
He looks like a tough kid, a bit of a disappointment for us, but I hope he develops well and becomes a solid player for us in the future.
Yeah, you know I won't say that. Hopefully he is some kind of diamond in the rough, as I want all kids who become Hawks to work out. We all know that many in a recruiting class don't work out though.
