I think he’d make a good QB but I love his instincts and his athletic ability at the safety spot.
No chance he would ever fit as a Pro Style quarterback.
I think the only school that recruited him as QB was NDSU. His best fit is WR.
Iowa regularly takes less athletic guys and turns them into stud Safeties. I think Cooper has a way higher ceiling athletically than many other successful Iowa safeties.
Now you are a Doyle fan? That is weird, I really hate the guy now.
One small problem, Cooper isn't a big fan of contact. He doesn't fit they typical Iowa safety mold. Can that be changed? Maybe but like I said earlier, the kid is a wild card at DB. Cooper is a good kid though, I'm pulling for him.
Not a fan but the results are obvious. Doyle would get it done even if he kill somebody.
We will see, but he is physical enough already to more than hold his own, I'm sure he will be just fine.

If they still had Doyle, I would say you’re wrong. But without Doyle to mold him like he has tons of other under recruited Iowa players, he is gonna be a bust if I had to guess. Hoped he succeeds though
