I would say though, I don't know if there is a player that has worked harder on and off the court to get better. I mean the guy absolutely morphed in one year physically and offensively. I wouldn't mind seeing him be successful in NBA. Don't know him at all but does not seem arrogant/entitled.

Iowa values offensive possessions. They aren't starting a guy that turns it over 3.3 times a game and is a chucker. Bohannon and McCaffrey combined turn it over 2.6 times per game.

If Iowa values offensive possessions, those two are shooting .378 and .345 this year, which aren't that far from their career averages.

Iowa State fans is there really any strength you see from Prohm aside from getting talent? He's very good recruiter as he's gotten some big time guys that Fran doesn't seem to get often and also find some good under valued prospects. After that imo it feels he's not helping the team reach its ceiling most years.

I'll admit to doing that once. I got a knee squarely to the nose playing rugby and he wasn't going to let me continue unless I stopped the gush of blood. We had no subs and no med kit so I asked a girl on the sidelines (girlfriend of a teammate) if there was a tampon in her bag. I got back on the pitch in under a minute and we promptly scored.

Even unused, fresh out of the package those things stink. Would not recommend...

I'll never forget the 2004-05 team scoring 24 in OT after only scoring 68 in regulation to beat #10 Texas in Austin. Tasheed Carr scored 13 in OT including two threes and a conventional 3 point play. ISU ended up beating the Horns by 12.

My buddies and I listened to that game on the radio standing around a buddy's car drinking beer in Rippey, Iowa. No danger of your beer getting warm that day.
