When did I say Iowa could of/should of been undefeated? I said it was a season of what ifs with Stanzi's injury. Just would have loved to see that season with Stanzi vs Northwestern and OSU is all. I'd never claim Iowa should have/would have been undefeated even with Stanzi.

Stanzi was pretty serviceable in 2009 thanks to the run game. Kirk basically took the middle of the filed away from him which really cut down his interceptions. Everything was underneath or deep vertical routes off play action. 2007 Stanzi was an interception machine though.

ISU didn't win the Big12, OU did, so CMC has yet to win the Big12. I do think ISU has a great chance to win it next year though.

Honestly though in this new age of division and Conference Championship Games, I would say that making the Conference Championship game should be a "share" of a conference title. I'd be willing to say CMC has a "division title" or a Conference championship game appearance which is a big accomplishment.
