Huh? What are you talking about? You asked me what was Iowa's best year and I picked '02 or '04 because we won the Big10 those years. I have now decided '15 should also be up there, because I was told that winning a Regular Season Conference Championship is a thing. Iowa fans didn't realize that was a real thing, we thought it was made up. If it is a real thing though, then yeah '15 is the year as we won the Big10 Regular Season outright that year.

You have said you go by AP poll to measure a team and just listed 3 teams ahead of the 2009 team which finished the best in the AP poll under Ferentz lol

You aren't making any sense at all. If you don't think a conference championship means anything, this debate isn't even worth having with you. When you have 5 seasons to pick from that are all #7, #8 or #9 AP finishes there are a lot more important things that 1 AP poll spot.

Yes 2009 was Kirk's best season and basically identical to Iowa State this year minus the fact your schedule was much easier

The AP poll matter for comparing teams of that year to each other. For Instance ISU > Iowa this year. The AP poll doesn't compared teams from different years to each other at all, so I'm not sure what you are getting at.

So really you could argue this top 10 Iowa State team is much better than any top 10 Kirk Ferentz team he's had
