You don't think Florida deserves a NY6? You might be the only one, I didn't see any national writers tweeting about how they didn't deserve a NY6 bowl like they did with ISU. Plus I keep saying I totally agree with the committee throwing ISU a bone and giving them a NY6 bowl, it is the national writers that disagree with me.

I don't think the committee threw Florida and Iowa State a bone. They deserved what they got even with the LSU and Louisiana losses
I think they were both deserving of the bone they were thrown for sure considering the year and how it played out.

Also, why are Florida and ISU being punished for losing in a conference championship game that they both EARNED the right to play in. I am one that honestly doesn't count a loss in conference title games against teams unless it's for a spot in the CFP and even then it's a very rare situation I would. Indiana is sitting at home because they didn't win their way into their conference championship to play a really good team. Same with A&M the last week. They played, but you didn't take care of business against Bama when you had a chance. What if ISU and Florida had COVID issues and didn't play the games? All of a sudden 8-2 apiece is so much more enticing for a NY6.
Coastal had this exact same thing where they didn't have to play Louisiana for the title. What if they lost that game, which was absolutely possible seeing as Louisiana is a good team and only lost by 3 last time? Would have been no different then us who had already beaten OU in the regular season and not been able to play the Big 12 title game.

What do you mean? I keep saying I don't agree with them bashing ISU, I think ISU deserved a bone this season, and Florida certainly doesn't need a bone, they actually earned a NY6 spot for sure this year.
Seemingly each week Barta got questioned about OSU and ISU's position in the rankings. Many national writers never thought either should be ranked that high. I think it is safe to say that the media thought OSU and ISU were the co Fake Id's of college football this year.
So wait, everyone wants to bag on ISU and always focus on ANY team because of losses. Coastal has zero losses. Cincy has zero losses. But somehow Florida is ok and earned their NY6 despite the worst loss of any team in the discussion by far? Indiana, ISU, Coastal and Cincy have no bad losses. LSU sucks this year and is not even a shell of last year's team.
That's great for the media. The media also, if you haven't noticed, is in the business of stirring **** up because they need as many clicks as they can get in a dying business. Why do you think you see so many outlandish opinions and takes anymore? They need to create drama. Nobody thinks Ohio State is the fake ID and aren't talented. They just don't feel they earned their way in due to the amount of games.
