So you cant explain why an Iowa/UM football game getting cancelled is garnering more discussion on an ISU board than a conference basketball game involving ISU that is being played tonight?

They are Hawkeye Fanatics and they even have their own Hawkeye Fanatic site now but because they fulfill the definition of a Hawkeye (per the Urban Dictionary), they keep coming over here.

Like always, you confuse the same 5 posters saying the same **** everyday as discussion. There are 10k responses! Yes, a majority of it by 4 or 5 posters.

There is a 9 page thread on the Iowa/UM that was started yesterday at 4:09 PM.

There is a 3 page thread on the ISU/KSU game that was started at midnight.

I am not even counting all the other Iowa/UM posts in different threads on the ISR forum.

Why is that?

You're asking why a game thread for a game that doesn't start til 8 doesn't have more traffic?

Im asking why a thread about a football game involving Iowa and UM that is never going to be played has more discussion that a conference basketball game involving ISU.

At this time last Friday, the Iowa/ISU game thread (8 PM tip) was already 11 pages long.

Game day threads don't have much discussion. An in state rivalry game probably changes that. Iowa/Michigan is being discussed due to how poor Iowa's schedule is.

I think Iowa state wins tonight. Foster sees a minutes increase. He could be good but needs to be seasoned. Iowa state 81-69
