It means he hasn't been in legal trouble again that we know of, not really that hard to understand.

The play was over since he flipped after he crossed the goal line. At worst, it would have been a 15 yard penalty on the PAT or kickoff.
It wasnt like he would have had a TD taken off the board like has happened in the past to an Iowa player.

The OWI he was charged with is the only legal trouble he has been in that I can find.

Nixon was in the transfer portal in January of 2019. He had yet to even play a down at Iowa then.
He has played 2 full seasons since then and is one of the elite defensive players in the country right now.
I never said Hankins was going to transfer at all. I actually said I thought he would stay when many Iowa fans thought he was going to transfer
