Iowa sure seems to have an obsession with other programs in the state. They flip a recruit from UNI. They try to steal ISU’s recruiting targets. They resurrect a recruiting strategy from the Walden years. The highlight blip from one of his recruits emphasized that the kid could dunk a basketball.
That’s assuming that Iowa’s latest coveted prospect can actually dunk a basketball.

Cue the yearly flip of a UNI recruit when Iowa misses out on their top prospects.

You would think they would understand though. Iowa State has literally built there program the same way Iowa did 20 years ago. It's funny how all of a sudden recruiting stars and rankings matter to hok fans because it's always been about development and finding under the radar guys over there. Hoks have bragged about this approach for years.
