Agreed. I also didn't think Iowa state played that bad. They hit a lot contested shots. You were right though the defense is horrendous. Tyler Harris is good defensively but i didn't see much effort outside of him

Stop it. Any big with a shred of talent it's going to look good against ISU. Nunge had himself a game last night, but a big piece of that was the opponent. Garza on the other hand is the leading candidate for POTY.

I agree that Panathinaikos probably pays good money, but after Iowa disappoints in the tourney this year I think the lure of making another run at a final four brings Garza back.

At least we'll know where this ISU basketball team is after this game..... and it's not good. No way to sugarcoat it at all. My only hope is they are listening to all the bashing and the predictions of getting blown out..... and they decide to play with some pride and a little anger.

I hate to brag, but above was my prediction from Weds. Final score was 105-77, and I had 103-76. What do I win?

I knew our defense was atrocious and Iowa would likely hit the 100 mark. I also felt like going in that the Iowa players probably wanted to hang 100 on us.

With that being said.... I took some positives out of this game. I thought Iowa would come right out of the gates and put a beat down on us, but we actually had the lead with like 3 -4 mins left in the 1st half..... I considered that a small victory for us.
