I hope you're right at times north Carolina really exposed the weaknesses and lack of athleticism. We obviously have shooters but will we be able to consistently shoot like that against good to great teams? Touisant and weiskamp are the keys this year imo but touisant needs to take a step.

Really? I didn't think so. Nunge was getting killed out there and other way he got whistled for everything.
Kind of a shame Iowa and Illinois won't play twice. What a dumb schedule.
What will prob happen Friday is Nunge and Patrick McCaffrey will hit threes while Jobo and Fred are cold...That would be the ISU way.
Iowa fans can argue this all they want but Iowa team is Garza..Take Garza off floor and JW, jobo, Frederick arent wide open half the time.
My other thoughts are UNC has some good bigs...guards were not good at all.. out of control entire game on both ends.

You do realize that home court advantage means pretty much nothing this year correct?

EIU has a quality team and should when they return basically the whole roster of a good team last year. What I find surprising is when ISU was throwing up and making record 3's, EIU fans were saying that its not quality basketball, and what happens when those shoots don't fall?"
