Iowa state should try to shoot only when there is a second left on the clock , to keep the offensive score down. If you run up and down with Iowa it will be 100 to 49 .

First time watching Iowa this year. They have a great team overall. Can shoot from three, have Garza down low. All around pretty complete team. Impressive
Agree. It would be nice if Prohm recruited anyone that could shoot wouldn't it?
I've always said since the Fred years..... just recruit kids that can fill it up. The goal is to put the ball in the basket. Instead.... and nothing against these guys at all..... we bring in Dubar, Blackwell, Hinson, and Johnson..... all very similar style players and none are really considered "shooters" at all.
Friday will be a nightmare. Only positive is I don't have to go back to work the next day and hear it all day long. By Monday they will hopefully have forgotten about it somewhat, but not likely.
We just have to make it clear that we'll probably lose by 30+.... then if we lose by less than that we can consider it a W.
This is exactly what a game looks like between a team with no NBA players on it that have been playing together for years and years and years.... against a very young team with future NBA players.
Iowa is good and going to steamroll us, but can we all agree that they have the absolute worst player nicknames? Weezy and The Peacock? Sounds like a canceled 70s detective show.
I agree Iowa is really good and will destroy us.... but we're seeing how un-athletic they are.
Also seeing why Garza isn't on any draft boards basically. Too slow an un-athletic for the NBA.
Unathletic yes, but I don’t think that’s going to really matter this year for them. They can make baskets. Have shooters and solid inside game. They will grind teams out like they are tonight. They are good. And us Iowa State fans need to accept it.
