Iowa Football Recruiting

Yeah. Still waiting to hear from my source but all signs are pointing towards him going to Iowa
I think he’s going to Stanford. Unfortunately, 2022 is not going to be a good class for us. I think KF may need to be done after this season or Iowa football will be sent back to the 1960’s/70’s

Surprising ISU has not had a bit more success recruiting. Be interested to see if they can pull in some players before signing day. No doubt kids are hearing that MC won't be there much longer, but that just goes with the territory.

ISU is doing fine in recruiting. You realize you don't compare recruiting classes until about 3 or 4 years AFTER the class has been in college, right? Comparing them before the kids even leave high school is pretty dumb.

CMC has already said he might take a 3 star kid over a 5 star kid if he feels like the 3 star kid "fits the program" better.... and fits in better with what they are trying to do.

Hardly anyone recruited Mike Rose.... and now CMC says he has not seen a better defensive player in college football this season than Mike Rose.

You know who else nobody wanted..... Charlie Kolar. One of the best TE's in the nation now.

So I'll wait 4 years from now to judge the 2021 recruiting class.

For Iowa to not fall off, they will need to get a guy who is proven or someone with tremendous upside as a HC. That’s why I like the idea of Napier down at UL because he’s been very good. I also like Levar Woods because he has tremendous upside as a HC. He also has a low floor which is a big risk.
