how are you going to handle losing Keagan Johnson, getting beat out for Eli Sanders, missing out on Imming and McLaughin???

It would suck to lose Keagan, but I’m not worried about losing him. Don’t know much about Sanders, he does only have a ISU and Iowa offer, but no local interest really. Don’t plan on getting a Jr Cyclone member in Imming. Iowa has a great shot at McLaughin.
You can’t be serious? Why did Iowa offer Lazard? Why did ISU offer Linderbaum or Wirfs or Angerer? I could go on and on, but you always offer a kid in state if they are good enough if you are Iowa or ISU no matter who they are a fan of.
Gotcha I didn't know Imming was a Lazard/Wirfs/Linderbaum level recruit. Good to know
His film is great and even though he says he's a big Hawkeye fan I think Iowa State has a great shot. Iowa is putting the full court press on though
A little context on Sanders, he didn’t start as a junior. The starter is now at Hawaii, and Sanders still racked up 1,000 yards as the understory.

Lol Imming is nowhere near those guys, I just used them as an example. It would be crazy if Iowa could sign a kid who was a Jr Cyclone club kid. Iowa is fighting an uphill battle against that.
Well I’m a lot less excited now. 1 year starter who couldn’t beat out a Hawaii level player? Maybe he developed a lot his Sr year.
Imming is going to commit soon and you are just preparing for the “we didn’t want him anyway” or “he’s not really that good” talk.

He transferred after his Sophomore year from Mountain Pointe. It’s hard to beat out a starter at that level (Hawaii is a FBS program) when you are a transfer.
He’s really good. He got a lot of FBS offers as a BACKUP. That doesn’t happen often.
Seems like a good recruit. When a kid grows up a member of the Jr Cyclone club it is tough to overcome that. Not gonna downplay the kids talent at all if he commits to his Cyclones.
Are you trying to convince me he is good because he had FBS offers, and only 2 P5 teams ended up offering?
Iowa and ISU must see something they like to offer. Certainly not gonna sweat it if we don’t get a recruit that only 1 other P5 school offered.
