Norvell is a good coach, but I don’t want him in IC. I’d rather Iowa go young and get someone in late 30’s early 40’s who wants to stay for the long haul.

I’d have to wonder if he’d be open to it. He will get a sweet payment, be able to get most the top instate recruits, and he will be allowed to stay for as long as he wants if he has success.

Napier is not a great fit in Iowa City. His ties are all SEC/ACC area. Great coach though. Also passing on a proven head coach like Norvell in favor of a special teams coach is ridiculous.
