Meh. It’s Nebraska. They took cheap shots and were being asshats throughout the game.
Iowa’s wins are against four teams that are a combined 4-15. One of the Hawks losses is to a 2-2 team. This is embarrassing, even in a league where the unbalanced schedule can allow IA to play Ohio State only 3X in the last eleven years- with only one of those three being in Columbus. And yet, in the Big 12, everyone has to go through everybody else- no hiding from anyone. And if you’re good enough, you’ll play somebody good a second time in the title game.
That there is your Hawkeye Culture- 1 star at best and powered by racism and nepotism.
Great day yesterday. Played golf in the morning and shot my new low score, watched the Hawks beat Nebraska for the sixth straight time and then watched Garza go off again. Perfect day!
You forgot "went to rival's message board and proved I am an ass". Why can't Iowa fans realize that NOBODY here cares about the Hawks . . . or their fans.

Enjoy this ride. It is good to see Iowa's program hang on to a little bit of success. It has to be scary with darker days ahead. Time to start thinking about the football reset that is coming and hoping Iowa can pull in some leadership that will get them to the top of the conference. Nice thing is they have a program nearby to get the model from.
Hopefully your golf game has more staying power.
