ISU lost to Oklahoma St. who Sagarin says they should have beaten at home. So they were also -1. According to Sagarin ISU should have gone 7-6 and they went 7-6. So ISU plays Iowa's schedule and they go +1 and -1 and they end up 7-6.

Someone find the stat posted about Iowa playing B10 East teams - they only won like 38% of those games since 2010. Could you imagine how different their narrative would be if they were actually forced to play the good teams in the conference every year?

Their mantra would become "New Year's Day bowl games are overrated..."

I heard one of the craziest stats on Woody and Stansbury's podcast and I'm not sure if it's been covered in this thread..

Ole Miss gave up 723 yards of total offense against Bama on Saturday. If Alabama would've gotten every single yard possible every drive on offense, they would've gotten 764 yards. That's absolutely hilarious.

You are currently 0-1 vs AP top 25 teams. That can change, OU could move back in, but right I'm not sure how you can think you are anything but 0-1 vs the current AP top 25

The problem with that is, if we had beaten Louisiana, they wouldn't be ranked in the top 25, so we'd be 0-0.
