All Iowa Football Team---Post Bowl Edition

This is Evans game log and it actually says he only played in 4 games. I think Waggoner will be fine. He did well when he played last year IMO.

I think Waggoner can be another Parker Hesse in that he can be a solid end, but I don't see much more than that.

Jewell could have maybe been an All-pro level player in a different era where teams played less spread out and didn’t use RBs as much in the passing game. Games against teams with 0 weapons on the outside like the Jets really show that.

Oklahoma is 8th in total defense in the country
That's great they did well in their exhibition against Saint William and Mary School for the Blind or whoever it was, but I watched the game last week against a bad KSU team with covid casualties. Expect huge numbers and take the over, whatever it is.

You don't think Iowa State has a good defense?
Well.... you gave up 34 and Oklahoma gave up 38 last week. It's possible that you both are facing better offenses/QBs this week. If the number hits triple digits I wouldn't be shocked.

You didn't answer my question
Duggan went for over 240 and 3TDs and an off the charts passer rating in the 2nd half. and it's unlikely that he was even up to full strength after being off for a while. wooof. If thats good defense I'd hate to see a bad one.

That meaningless hail Mary at the end sure helped his numbers. Duggan is good though, he would be the locked in #1 guy if he went to Iowa

so you're betting the under?
I'm not betting this game. Too many variables between the fan situation, Oklahoma coming into town who has probably never lost two games in a row in my lifetime and Oklahoma having a stud QB and good defense in the same year

I think the over is easy money. But as the past has proven, any time it looks like easy money to me, everyone should bet the opposite. Take the under and the Clones.
