Ouch? Its no secret Campbell's teams improve as the season goes on. We don't try to peak the second week of September like Kirk

Huh? The fact Iowa State is averaging over 30 ppg in conference play vs top 15 teams is crazy. That's my coach!

During CMC's tenure as head coach at ISU:

CMC November on: 9-10 with one top 25 win.
Kirk November on : 13-7 with 6 top 25 wins (also multiple top 5 wins).

On the bright side you guys are sitting pretty well in a weak B12 this year to not be matched up against a G5 team in a bowl. So you have a chance to prove that you can actually beat a good non-B12 P5 team. Unless you're matched up with the Ragin Cajuns in the playoff that is.

Meh, they were a decent G5 team, but their most impressive win was what, a 6-7 UCLA team or 7-6 Navy team? They lost both times they actually played a good team in UCF (one is spectacular blowout fashion) and missed the only other decent team in South Florida. Guess I wasn't as blown away as you.
