Manning has consistently been outcoached as the OC...was last season a lot...got by some teams via talent. But when talent is comparable, it shows up...the scheme or whatever he is trying to do doesn;t work and he can't adjust.

It amazes me given the issues this team has had on special teams, that Campbell thinks special teams can be coached by committee/part-time. Definitely needs some dedicated resources to that area.

We need a new word for special teams.
 
I remember the days when I thought that coaches (and others) got ahead by talent.
Sad to learn over the years that it's really just about knowing the right person to drag you along.

Congrats on that, Manning. I guess learning, growing, and improving is really asking too much.

It's much more coaching than talent IMO. Snyder wreaked havoc for decades by teaching methodical fundamentals.
 
No specific coach does. They do a coaching by committee with special teams
