So because the law firm can’t fire Kirk you think there is a conflict of interest and that the investigation is inherently flawed? Is your opinion that the only valid investigation would require some sort of governmental authority that has the power to punish the University or its coaches? I’m genuinely struggling to understand what point you are trying to make here.

FERPA:
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. The law applies to all schools that receive funds under an applicable program of the U.S. Department of Education

Generally, schools must have written permission from the parent or eligible student in order to release any information from a student's education record. However, FERPA allows schools to disclose those records, without consent, to the following parties or under the following conditions (34 CFR § 99.31):

One coach wrote my semester GPA on his position room whiteboard (my parents didn't even know my GPA) Jack Kallenberger

I have tried asking you which of my posts can be construed as denigrating black people or being racist. You didn’t respond.

I have tried asking you why you think there is a conflict of interest with the law firm Iowa hired to conduct the investigation. You didn’t respond.

I have tried asking you what type of investigation you think needs to be conducted in order for the investigation to be considered fair. You didn’t respond.

I have tried asking you to point out the provision of FERPA that you think Iowa or its coaches violated. You didn’t respond.

You aren’t interested in having an actual discussion about anything, you are only interested in calling people names and feigning moral outrage. And you want to accuse someone else of intellectual dishonesty? Lmfao.

I know you think racism is ok. I get it. In fact everyone here gets it.

To put an incredibly fine point on just how your racism leads you: I literally had no idea that the two lead investigators were a black male and the other female. Did not recall one way or the other. You are so pathetic that you claimed it was due to racism. It is so bizarre that was your thought process. I think the investigation should be conducted by a government entity versus a private law firm. You are trying so desperately to unwind your poorly hidden racism by projecting onto others. Back to your defense of your racist approach.

I’ve asked you multiple times to point out something I’ve said that could be considered racist, and you can’t do it. This is exactly what I’m talking about - you don’t want to have a conversation, you want to call people names and pretend like you are a morally superior person. I’m not sure what awful and despicable things you have done or said in your life to make you act out so desperately, but it’s pretty pathetic.
