Stop projecting. I have been a vocal advocate of firing Doyle and conducting an investigation to determine the extent of the issue from the very beginning. YOU are the one claiming that a black attorney is not capable of doing his job. That is 100x more racist than anything I have said in this thread.
I have claimed nothing of the sort. You and I know. You also know that the inherent conflict of interest with a law firm doing legal defense strategy aka investigation is fatally flawed at inception.
it should be a state or federal agency as this has very real federal civil rights matters at the core of the infection known as Kirk football. FERPA, civil rights, probably HIPPA matters are very real and you want some law firm paid by Iowa to conduct an investigation? What will they do at the end? Will they say in a mean tone “very very bad iowa?” If/when the allegations are confirmed? Can you imagine the impact to their practice if they actually confirmed some of the most hideous claims. Maybe you can help your dad with the investigation.

There is no law firm conducting “legal defense strategy.” Iowa hired the law firm to conduct an investigation. Part of this law firm’s practice is conducting similar investigations of other public universities. They are not defending the University of Iowa in any way, shape, or form.
Similarly, there is no conflict of interest. Like, that’s not even a topic of conversation. There is quite literally zero rational argument for a conflict of interest existing.
I would also looooovvvvveeeee to hear your thoughts on what civil rights violations have been committed, and how FERPA and HIPAA are implicated in any of this.

The investigation is fatally flawed from inception. I clearly know the the investigation is not legal strategy planning. It is effectively launched with a notional poison pill. There is literally nothing that will happen from an enforcement perspective.
