Kirk Ferentz getting sued for being racist

ISU had the Prez, AD, and Chief of Police each individually talk and individually take questions (without announcing a question limit) during band-gate.
Iowa needs to be proactive not reactive by thinking some outside investigation will bring all the truths or non truths to light.

Iowa really had a question limit? My word their entitlement has no end.

Maybe.. Or maybe this anonymous player saw how the public reacted to some of the accusations and didn't want to publicly speak about it in fear of being shamed? Hence why this person decided to remain anonymous?

Another thing that makes me believe this is exaggerated is the part where he complains about being forced to eat medium rare steak and it making him sick to his stomach. I mean come on.

Maybe. Or maybe this player did not want to speak out publicly because he is exaggerating his story (I.e. Brian said “only a dumbass would do it that way”).
That is also a possibility. This is hearsay. So you can believe the what 5th guy who's accused Brian of racially insensitive comments (this specific comment was actually full blown racist), as well as believe a multitude of other players saying Brian is part of the problem.. or you can believe Brian Ferentz, a guy who has had quite a few character issues since he's gotten to Iowa.

Not with just Kirk but also the players. Whoever Iowa had as their spokesman allowed a few questions for Kirk, then the players, then a few more for Kirk. He tried to move it all along very fast.

Who are the other four guys that have accused Brian of racially insensitive comments? There has been only one other player (Akrum Wadley) that I am aware of.

I mean your ex-strength coach almost killed 13 players and you're questioning whether he forced these kids to eat a specific way?

Some people are very particular in how they their food, and ESPECIALLY how their meat is supposed to be cooked. I know people who literally cannot eat any meat that's not 100% cooked thoroughly, so yeah I can level with this story and say that it's a pretty bad thing to make someone do.

I am very skeptical that it’s true. If it can be proven that it is true, yes it’s a very bad look for both KF and BF.

Honest question here... If this player is lying because he has an axe to grind, why would he specifically say coach Parker was sympathetic? Wouldn't he be trashing all the coaches?

If you grow up eating well done meat the sight of some level of rare steak with what looks like blood streaming out of it being eaten could very well make you queasy. Having to eat one certainly could make you sick to your stomach. I like my steak medium rare, but I'm pretty sure watching someone eat raw hamburger wouldn't sit well with my stomach. Being forced to eat raw hamburger would likely make me retch.

By the way, this isn't the first accusation about being made to eat beyond what the player was comfortable eating and even being forced to workout immediately after resulting in losing what was forced on them.

"Offensive coordinator Brian Ferentz, who reports to Barta because of nepotism policies, has been cited by multiple former players (including James Daniels of the Chicago Bears and Jaleel Johnson of the Minnesota Vikings) as a culture problem."

How many times do we have to go over this? Claiming that there are five players that have accused Brian of making racially insensitive comments is a flat out lie. Like it is literally 100% false. Not an ounce of truth to that statement. I don’t understand how you can’t see that there is a massive jump from being a part of a “culture problem” to “making racially insensitive comments.”

I enjoy how you refer to yourself in the third-person here, coach.

Maybe he liked Coach Parker and didn’t want to throw him under the bus?

Hold on, what is Iowa being investigated for? I mean they literally got rid of Doyle right? So, why are they investigating the entire team? Oh yeah, for racial issues within the team, which multiple players highlighted were a huge culture problem, and the two biggest culprits were Chris Doyle, and the guy you can't dare speak negatively about, Brian Ferentz.

Just a couple days ago you thought the U of I diagnosed a player and had him get meds. Now you know he's had that diagnosis and been on meds "as long as he can remember" and they were aware.

So why would the way with how food is cooked shock you?

Yes, they are investigating the entire program to see how systemic the issues were. The fact that they hired a law firm to investigate doesn’t automatically mean that the entire staff is racist. Thats the entire point of the investigation.

I’m also not going to let you off the hook on your lies. Do you recognize that your claims about Brian are outright lies? Or are you seriously so biased that you can’t tell the difference between vague accusations of “culture problem” and someone being an outright racist?

Racially insensitive comments do not mean someone is a full blown racist dude. It means you're ignorant to the language that could offend people of color. The last accusation we were talking about though, seemed pretty racist to me, however I can totally understand from your perspective how you can't see that.

He wants to hold me accountable for criticizing coaches for being racially insensitive, but doesn't want to hold the coaches accountable for their involved actions? I'm the bad guy now?
He's had the same know it all condescending personality thru all of his usernames. It's why I posted this:
And FYI you'd be a total doosh to someone and call them an idiot if you knew they were wrong.
