Regardless, the legal profession in general is very white, particularly in smaller markets like Kansas City. Take a look at some of the other big firms in Kansas City - their numbers are very similar.

Polsinelli:
- 3% black partners
- 5% black associates
- 23% women partners

Shook, Hardy & Bacon
- 2% black partners
- 3% black associates
- 29% women partners

Stinson Leonard Street
- 1% black partners
- 2% black associates
- 20% women partners

Lathrop Gage
- 0% black partners
- 7% black associates
- 11% women partners

Bryan Cave
- 3% black partners
- 6% black associates
- 25% women partners

Dentons
- 0% black partners
- 7% black associates
- 29% women partners

Why do you hate black people? I am certain you know that 15% of lawyers are African american. Why do you hate AA's? I mean except for them to entertain you on Saturdays.

I’m not trolling at all. Iowa State’s lead beat reporter said Purdy played the entire second half of the season injured, and a prominent poster on this website with sources close to the program has said his ankles were barely hanging on by a thread.

And for the record, only 5% of lawyers are African American. Not sure where you are getting your numbers from, but you are wrong (again).

Dude, WTF are you talking about? Who do you think you are arguing against? The lack of minorities in the legal profession is a problem. No where did I say that the lack of African American lawyers is a good thing.

So does every big law firm in Kansas City. What does the diversity of the firm have to do with the investigation? 50% of the individuals conducting the investigation are black. I don’t understand how you think the lack of diversity amongst the rest of the firm impacts the investigation in any capacity.
