So basically you guys are not ok with Iowa investigating the players claim. Just fire Kirk and label him a racist. Gotcha.
Not sure what link you are looking for?
Which players and parents? Lol because a lot of Iowa fans have been extremely particular in who is and who is not allowed to have a valid opinion.Cause you guys are not being impartial. You guys want the destruction of the Iowa program for the benefit of ISU. This is nothing more then wishful thinking. I feel that you guys need to listen and respect the opinions of the players and their parents on how to remedy and move forward. Is that so much to ask? You guys are using the players as pawns to achieve your ulterior motives.
You said a majority of former players don't think Kirk is at fault. I'm not sure how you came up with that conclusion
No chance. He'd already be gone.Do you think a majority of players think he is a racist and should be gone?

I don't think one player has gone to that extent, not even DJK. DJK said he did not want to make the claim that Kirk was racist, however admitted Kirk helped create the culture to allow these things to happen as well as actively tried to dismiss the problems that came to him.Exactly.
There certainly seems to have been issues between Kirk and DJK. The only thing I find interesting is why DJK would risk the reputation he's built and the new life / opportunities he has now to lie about what he said. Could he be stretching the truth some? Sure. However I think it'd be unwise at this time to throw everything he or even Akrum says out the window. All of them. I will say it is well documented that DJK has an axe to grind with Kirk. And it was brought to my attention by Cytwins that Akrum Wadley have character issues. But they all deserve to be heard.
I am sure that this has been brought up, but if KF is such a terrible racist why hasn't every black player left Iowa?
Another Park.. watch out.Getting close to the much anticipated announcement date for Ricky Park. Stud RB out of Tampa and good friends with recent Iowa (re)commit Oladokun.
Offers include: Penn State, Florida State, Utah, Pitt, WVU, Louisville, Illinois, Kentucky, Purdue, Virginia, South Carolina.
Stiff competition, but I think Iowa has a good chance. What is the feeling over here?
I honestly had no clue his last name was misspelled lol. Looking at that roster list, he looks like he'd be a pretty good get.. I do have a question for those that follow recruiting more than I do. When you look at that list you see a bunch of schools that have 9 or less guys on their roster at that position, however Iowa's shows 14 RB's on the roster. Is that a typo or does Iowa actually have 14 RB's?Good catch, edited.

I agree. I am just stating the obvious. As an example the player that said Doyle told him to go back to the ghetto then changed his story to Doyle said he would send him back to his high school, Glenville. That is a huge difference. This is why it needs to be investigated before we start firing and labeling a coach a racist.
Hankins quoted that by saying the insinuation / undertone of the message was that he was sending him back to the ghetto, which from an outsiders perspective doesn't seem so bad, but I am not African American and I can't imagine being told something like that. It also is different when it's a white coach telling that to an African American you know? If a white dude was told he was going to get sent back to the farm, I can guarantee you that wouldn't raise many eyebrows.I agree. I am just stating the obvious.
