I would disagree with this. While it is important for people to realize the shady things that have been associated with that particular athletic department that would detract from the current situation and per the name of the page seem kind of disingenuous. Now maybe a link to another site that highlights some of the other past issues would be good.

So he really wasn’t even fired. If you’re fired, you get nothing.

He was just paid to walk away and keep his mouth shut.

Which also admits total guilt too btw. Iowa knew they couldn’t fire him because he would sue and would sing like a bird and destroy both BF and KF.

Barta is used to paying out large sums of hush money by now. It’s what he does best! He should resign this afternoon, but I hope he doesn’t. He’s the gift that keeps on giving!

Per the settlement no NDA is mentioned and it specifically states there are no other agreements not included in this agreement.

So wouldn't the best course of action now be for someone to sue Doyle with the hope he'll roll on Kirk to save his skin? The big fish is the school and confirming Kirk knew makes the case.
