Yes he will. Iowa fans don't really care as long as Kirk is the coach. He will be done in a couple years, this may actually have him hang in there longer just to try to have time pass and have BF become the HC. If BF goes to another team, you know that will be KF last season for sure.
I don't think anything will change. You'd think Doyle would at least be done but I'm not expecting it to happen. If they do nothing significant, I can't imagine it won't negatively affect recruiting but the pessimist in me thinks otherwise. Some recruits will buy the lip service bs and others will just think about the NFL.
And Iowa's football program is racist. Apples to oranges but we're talking one guy vs an entire program

I am not sure how, in light of recent events, and the idea that we will be better at listening that anyone can defend what was going on in Iowa City.
The "Iowa Way" was just the "white way." It's Ferentz program and he held the carrot of the NFL in front of his black athletes and said if you want to get in you better act a certain way.
When you act the "Iowa Way" you better talk a certain way, walk a certain way, listen to certain music, keep your hair a certain way. The Iowa Way basically just meant act white, right?
Were the coaches saying the n word. I don't know but just because you aren't saying the n word doesn't mean you weren't running a program full of systematic racism.
And maybe this is where the white men need to stop and listen and understand why the Iowa Way was so hurtful to so many young men and the power that Ferentz had under these kids and why they were afraid to come forward.

Also, if you aren't getting rid of Doyle for being racist how can you not get rid of Brian. If Brian is suspended only does that mean he was just a little racist? It makes no sence.

Doyle and his kid are gone.
BF and KF have been made aware that they are coaching their last seasons at Iowa.
Iowa will forfeit some amount of schollys from the 2021 class and forego any potential bowl games for two seasons as internal punishment.
We shall see if this happens. Would help us if we could get those 2021 recruits they’ve got right now.
