Pretty sure all his WR numbers are in the Iowa history books.

To add a point to this, Rob Howe was actually interviewed right before the HN owner was. At the end of the interview he talked about how he's not enjoying this at all (as if any intelligent person would think he is) and at the end of his answer, his voice seemed to crack a bit and he said something like, "if I still have a job." Kind of got real there all of a sudden.

So by most accounts, especially Iowa fans, it seems that KF and DJK never got along from the very first time DJK set foot in the facility.
In fact, as more time went by, it got even worse too. It sounds like he was always late, always dogging it in practice, kicking over the garbage can in practice, etc, etc, etc.
But yet.... KF didn't kick him out of the program because..... guess what..... DJK singlehandedly would win games for KF. And the more wins KF got, the more $$ KF got.
So KF was just fine putting up with DJK as long as he was making KF more money.... but at the end of it all..... when DJK's time at Iowa was up and he wouldn't be winning any more games for KF..... KF threw him under the bus and ruined his chances at making any kind of money for himself for once.
What kind of awful human being would use someone else like that? Use them for year after year to gather up wins.... and then destroy them at the end. What a scumbag!

Seems too crazy to be true right? But just the other day I saw a live murder on TV and it was a cop suffocating a black guy in MN. Nothing is impossible in a power bubble.
I've just been sitting back all day listening to all the Hawk fans talk about what a POS DJK was and that KF couldn't stand him.... so I just wondered why KF put up with him and didn't just kick him out of the program from day one? Or year two? Or year three?
But..... DJK almost singlehandedly won quite a few games for Iowa and KF. He was that good. So KF put up with him and used him to make himself more money. But when it came time for DJK to cash in finally..... KF destroyed him.
That was my first thought too, but I'm not sure it necessarily means that?
Even if Doyle isn't gone, would you want to be his son and still be playing there? I think it would be a bad situation for him either way, so why not just get out.
