He's just a pipe that **** funnels through. All he was brought on board to do was make sure donors keep donating and he funnels it accordingly. Just compare his accomplishments with JP's (and JP had A LOT less money to work with).

Yeah, especially given the overall state of ad revenues right now (I think CW said they CF was down like 80% at one point, and HN being in a similar market is probably in the same boat) even if they had plenty of legal legs to stand on, the cost of fighting it with an attorney may have been the last thing they wanted to bear right now.
