No different than how CyTwins knows for sure what Iowa and isu’s recruiting boards looks like on a daily basis. This way he can spot off with confidence about who Iowa and isu “really want”, “want bad” and “would take if they had to”. Quite remarkable in fact.

When CyTwins isn’t doing his “friend of the family” calls with each and every Iowa and isu recruit or his daily recruiting board updates with Iowa and isu’s coaches to review their recruiting boards he is in the isu facility. In fact it is where he does most of his posting on this site. If anyone knows for sure it is CyTwins. No one can even question him.

Dont think so. He is like a 99% lock for Wisconsin and has been for quite some time. Honestly wouldn’t be surprised if he’s told Wisconsin a long time ago.

Unless Stanford offers, he's staying in-state.
