The reason Hubbard never played was he was put on a very short lease and within the first week he broke a rule and was told to leave.

All this time I was under the impression he got homesick. If your story is actually true that makes McCaffery look even worse.

Honestly now... do you think Iowa has been a better football program than ISU, and currently still is? Simple question.... just answer it.

I think Iowa has had the better football program going all the way back to before Fry got there.... minus maybe a few years there during the McCarney era.... and they still do have the better program.

So until we have the better program... I just don't see the point in trying to talk trash to them.... that's all...... period. I'm not a Hawk lover at all. In fact, I hate them with a passion. I always want them to lose every game, no matter who they play.

But I'm also a realist, and they are better than we are in football..... period. If we want to talk smack, then simply beat them.

Well, pre fry Iowa set a record for most consecutive losing seasons, so that’s pretty stupid to say.

you’re not a realist. You’re exactly what Iowa fans want. A true little brother.

and it’s amazing how you’re nowhere to be found when we are winning, other than to complain about a play call here and there.

Ohhh... so that's what happened, huh?

So Fran did bring in a convicted felon. Put him on a short leash, and when Hubbard offended again, he was gone.

So CMC is giving Young the same 2nd chance, and a short leash.... but that's different?

Correct Pollard would be fired if he knew of physical/sexual assault and didn’t report it. He would be one of those mandatory reporters. But that doesn’t fit the narrative clone fans want to believe so they will ignore this.

How so? He gave a kid a second chance with strict rules to abide by. Kid didn't live up to his end of the bargain so was shown the door. Seems perfectly reasonable.

I think you might need to dig through the history books, to illustrate to us what you are referring to when you reference ISU ‘winning.’

Currently isu has the worst streak ever. isu is the only P5 school to never win an outright conference championship in football.

I don't have a problem giving a kid a second chance, I've never bashed Young. Seems pretty popular to bash both Fran and Hubbard on here though, while their own coach does the same things.

Uhh. Because when you are going to bring a convicted felon to your campus you should probably have done your due diligence that they are reformed. If they go on to get kicked off your team in 2 weeks you completely dropped the ball. You a big Art Briles fan?

LOL, you are reaching so hard here. But if you wanna be one of those who bash other schools for 2nd chances, but are ok with your own coach giving them then that fits most on here, but I thought you better than that.
