Why do you keep talking about basketball in an Iowa football recruiting thread?

I mean its been a good run for recruiting in both sports for us the last few weeks so we can discuss both
I hear the memorial at JTS for the massacre last year is going to be beautiful. It'll list all the names of those injured and killed.
Will it name the players from the KU team bus that were threatened as well? How about Bill self we he get his own plaque since a big isu donor came out of the stands to go after him?

Man go to iowa city wearing Iowa St clothing and see how you get treated I've had cars swerve at me and girls saying they will fight me. I've watch iowa state fans get full beers thrown at them simply because they wore iowa st clothing.
Look, I appreciate your efforts here, but the fact remains your fan base has this messed up issue of going after kids on Twitter. The above tweet is just another example of this. A 14 year old mind you.
I mean you guys have a bottom 10 class in all of P5 football. I’m not sure you can say there’s been a good run in there? Sounds like you’re striking out on a lot of your top guys too. Would to love hear some highlights of the good run these last few weeks regarding football recruiting.
Our class has been trending up as you know as you guys are going the other direction
In terms of average ranking, I’m sure ISU has been near the “bottom 10” of P5 since Campbell has got here.
Incredible of them to win 7-8 games and produce players with all of these accolades with such little talent and low recruiting rankings.

ROTFL. We’re picking up proven top tier guys at a position of need. You’re TE commit (our backup plan at TE) picks up an AZ State offer and you’re celebrating another offseason Natty. I guess when you’re class is that bad, you need to cling to something.

ISU fans do it as well. Plus the ISU fan base has a documented history of throwing out racial epithets at Kansas as well as physically trying to assault Self. Those are facts. I mean if you wanna brush with broad strokes in your glass house, be my guest. I'll certainly point out ISU fan's sorted history.
Hey guys I can't keep track, which idiot Hawk poster was the bear in another life? I sometimes feel bad for guys like Gonzo who seem to be decent people that just like to talk a little trash here. It has to be embarrassing knowing you have some of these buffoons running around as Hawk Fans. The Bear must truly believe the star rating of kids like the DeJean kid (0 FCS offers) are legit.
