Iowa fans want to ignore SOS. Shocking I know. You guys think Illinois was better than TCU last year lol
I'm not ignoring SOS, but I'm also not cherry picking just one. Iowa had a tougher SOS than ISU in the majority of BCS bowl SOS metrics.
Yep. It’s next to our “Beating team that was good enough to make the playoff had they not lost to us” trophy from the 2011 Ok St game and all those Iowa games where the knocked off a would be playoff teams you just referenced. I think they keep them in the capitol building.
If anyone is insufferable, it’s Miller. I may lack empathy but at least I’m not Jon Miller.

I will say this about Iowa's schedule last year.... Iowa's only halfway decent win (besides ISU of course!)..... was against Minny..... and that was at home.
None of their other wins was anything special at all. They lost to all 3 of the best teams they played.
The USC win was probably the most impressive of the year to me.... granted USC has a really atrocious defense.... but Iowa won big and looked impressive doing so.

I just hope you guys can get some of these talented guys we don’t have room for. Tired of seeing them go to Nebraska and Minnesota.
it's funny that you think going 1-6 against Sagarins top 30 is some sort of badge of honor. Using your reasoning, South Carolina had the best year last year.

Jon went back into Hank Hill mode a couple years ago and Levi the Thief in Chief of Hawkeye Heaven.
Jon Miller hasn’t had much influence since he started dabbling in propane about 15 years ago.
He did soundoff up to a few years ago I thought. Could be more, my age time flys.
