Also, I think we all can agree that the recruiting rankings of teams / players are incredibly fluid and while Iowa State's recruiting class doesn't exactly jump off the page, when it's all said and done it'll end up being right around what it usually has been. That's not me saying Iowa's not going to have a better class than they usually do, because that could be the case, but let's all just calm down on the entirety of the class rankings. These kids haven't even played their senior year of football yet.
I think you both are arguing about something that happened 18 years ago that really doesn't matter anymore. Neither does Kirk's 4 game losing streak to Iowa State.
You mean like when Monte Morris and Naz Long said Iowa is the Super Bowl they had a celebration planned for after their win in Iowa City? How did that turn out?

Why do any of you care if it means a lot to those guys? It clearly means a lot to all of us lol. You're on an Iowa State website for God's sake. We're talking about Iowa recruiting on here for God's sake. We obviously care about one another whether we like it or not so why don't we just all say we do?
Also, CMC essentially stole his schtick from Ohio State in that he won't use the word Iowa like they don't use the letter M. It's all in good fun. Both Campbell and Ferentz love the game and respect one another at a level none of us probably even know.

Am I the only one that sees the irony on a almost 2000 page thread about Iowa recruiting turning into a bunch of folks stating they dont care about Iowa? Let's just drop it, it's quite apparent I and other cyclone fans focus more on Iowa than other schools.

Not sure that picture is even legit. Because I know from first hand experience it’s changed before each opponent and it’s usually blank in the off season or has the next seasons week 1 opponent up.
