Moss could end up being a good player.

ISU’s OL for sure will have the ability. It’ll be interesting to see if they are ready.

Moss was in front of the highly ranked DJ Johnson for the past 2 years. I think he will be just fine actually. Heck Ojemudia got torched several times when he was younger, that is what happens to young DB's. DJ Johnson played much less, and got torched just as much as Moss. I mean DJ would be the target of Iowa fan spite if ISU didn't hold on his PI play vs ISU, plus he had already been burned earlier.

Were you guys actually comparing Steele Jantz, an injury riddled QB who had a couple of good games, to Petras, a QB who hasn't taken a meaningful snap in his life? There is no comparison to be made and there shouldn't ever be lol.

And no, I'm not saying Steele is better in any of those categories. I'm saying this argument is dumb.

He said Jantz had an NFL caliber arm. Seriously

Steele Jantz was not good lol. He had a couple of good games and then a load of absolutely terrible games. Iowa State fans are sarcastic lovers of him because he beat Iowa twice, but those Iowa teams were not even comparable to what their team currently is. In 2011, Iowa went 7-6, so they were above average, but in 2012 Iowa was 4-8, which is bad.

And no, Jantz did not have an NFL caliber arm. I think if any Iowa fan watched him outside of playing Iowa they would completely agree. He threw 23 TD's and 23 INTs in 20 games. Lol

If he blows Jantz out of the water for arm strength, you are basically saying he has a stronger arm than Favre and Elway. While Jantz was far from a good qb, he had a complete rocket for an arm.

This is so true. Steele’s passes had incredible zip as they were sailing 5 feet over the receivers head.
